Dine at Yew’s Cafe again…

Posted in food,Johor Bahru, malaysia by chrisau on September 15, 2008

I like this place. It’s a great restaurant to dine in with it’s jazz music and relaxing ambiance. I particular like the way the bistro is being designed and of course, the coffee. This one which I visited is in Taman Molek ( at the main street, near to Maybank). There are another three outlets, one in town, Taman Johor jaya and Taman Perling.

This is the first floor and when you first came in from the entrance, the picture above is what you see. Check out the cakes, it was nicely decorated and the small size good for two persons. And, check out the wines….

The stairs leading up to second floor, which is their main dining hall.

Still at first floor, an isolated table near the entrance. Well, probably this will be the table to take if the bistro is full. 🙂

You can enjoy a mixture of western and eastern food here. As above is dry bee hoon noodle with seafood.

Here’s my favourite which is also their recommended dish, salmon in parleys sauce.

They also offered a sushi bar, and though the sushi cost more than typical japanese restaurant, I realised that the sushi are actually bigger and with double slices of salmon.

Yew’s Cafe is located at 63, Jalan Molek 3/1, Taman Molek, 81100 JB.

hi there..thanks for visiting. It really depends… not too cheap and too expensive, depending on what you order. Can be around RM7+ to Rm30+… I can’t really tell.
